Gain skills to support colleagues with mental health problems and learn the principles of mental health first aid for the workplace. This is especially suited to those who work in the customer service, housing, voluntary, sport, recreation, hospitality or travel and tourism sectors. If you achieve this qualification, you could progress to:

  • Level 2 and 3 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Adult Social Care

  • Level 2 Award in Awareness of Dementia

  • Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Working in the Health Sector

  • Level 2 and 3 Certificate in the Principles of End of Life Care

  • Level 3 Certificate in Stroke Care Management

  • Intermediate and Advanced Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care
