Sales Development Rep Role
Overview:
Sales Development Representative role specialising in telephone prospecting (cold calling) and setting meetings for our business development team.

Salary:
£26,000 per annum basic (pro-rata)
£60,560 per annum OTE (pro rata)
Commission uncapped
Job details:
Self-employed trial (weeks 1-4) with a view of becoming permanent
Approx. 20hrs per week
Full-time may be an option in the future
Various days and shifts (negotiable between 9am and 4pm)
Remote working

Your role:
90% = cold calling colleges and training companies to establish:
i) Do they have a problem we can fix?
ii) Are they motivated to fix the problem?
iii) Can they convince you they want to fix it now?
iv) Book a meeting with them
10% = training, internal comms, email follow ups, admin etc.
